Bennett Needs a Mama and Daddy by Zow
Zow’s request is simple today. Bennett needs a Mama and Daddy! In this picture Bennett’s daddy is sleeping on the couch while Bennett sits in his Mama’s lap as they watch Curious George. George wants a magnifying glass and tries to make one, but Sparky breaks it so the Man in the Yellow Hat buys George a magnifying glass. Bennett decides to color on the television screen, and his parents have to take it to the tv repairman. Also, the room is full of bubbles because one hundred kids stand outside the window blowing bubbles into the room.
About the Artist: Zow, age 4, lives with his family, likes dinosaurs – especially the T-rex, – and bubbles.

Max is a five-year-old orphan in Eastern Europe and has already been transferred to a mental institution. Debbie and her husband, Paul, are looking forward to a travel date in June to meet their precious little boy for the first time. They are praying that that his health will remain strong until they can bring him home. You can read more about their journey on their website, Operation Max Rescue.
About Compassionate Creativity: As a mom of young children, I search for opportunities to teach serving others. When I decided to host a fundraiser for Bennett, I wanted it to be specifically kid-friendly. Would you and your family like to help Bennett find a home? I still need more contributions of art, poetry, photography, and short fiction. Please read more about the fundraiser here.
