Hello March!
Dearest Readers,
Is Spring really on the way? Is anyone wishing for more snow?
I really shouldn’t complain. We’ve not been buried like some parts of the country, but I am loving this warmer weather. So are my kids. We have needed some sunshine to run around in. I hope all of you are receiving some nice weather too.
March is to be a poetry filled month. Enjoy work by Donal Mahoney, John Pierce, Salvatore Buttaci, Ricky Massengale, Michael H. Brownstein. There will also be a creative essay by Pail Writer.
If you are interested in submitting to Pond Ripples, please visit my submission guidelines and study other things I have published. If you are a writer, artist, or photographer you may also consider allowing me to spotlight you.
Last month I told you we would soon be having an anatomy scan ultrasound, and . . . We’re having another girl! My daughter is beyond excited, and my oldest son is already talking about maybe the next baby being a boy . . .
We are excited, and I’m melting over the little clothes I pass by in stores, even some of the pink stuff, though pink is not my favorite color.
I have created a new page all about Bennett. Stop by and check it out as you continue praying for him. Also, a family in my area is in the process of adopting a different little boy from Reese’s Rainbow. Follow their journey of bringing Dillon home.
A couple of you have been leaving some wonderfully thoughtful comments. I truly appreciate it, and so do my contributors. So, keep it up, please!
Enjoy the work sharing this month!
Have a wonderful March!
Sincerely,
Rebecca Burgener
