Please follow the following guidelines carefully when submitting to Pond Ripples.
- Pond Ripples publishes short stories, poetry, art and photography.
- All submissions must be family friendly, but not necessarily child oriented.
- Pond Ripples accepts work from authors and artists of all ages and experience levels.
- Please proof-read your work!
- Poems should be limited to twenty-five lines, and short stories should be limited to 2,500 words.
- Submissions of poetry or short stories should be typed in an easily readable font such as Times New Roman, and double-spaced with one-inch margins.
- Include your name, address, telephone number, and address on the first page of each submission. Include your last name on all remaining pages.
- Please include a SASE for my response. Do not send original copies.
- Send all snail mail submissions to the address listed at the bottom of the page.
- All electronic submissions should be sent to Rebecca.Burgener@PondRipplesMag.com. Please include your submission in the body of the email and not as an attachment. For pictures or photographs, you may send a .jpg file.
- Payment is $1.00 (USD) and a link to your email and website included in the magazine for most items.
- Art or photography selected for the "cover" spot will receive payment of $2.00 (USD) with links.
- I prefer to pay through PayPal, but I can also send you a check.
- Pond Ripples buys one time rights to share your work online and through email.
- Please include a short bio with all submissions.
