Joanne Olivieri is a published author, poet, freelance writer and photographer. She has been writing for over 30 years and has been published in numerous ezines, magazines and anthologies. Her poem “Symphony of Lights” was chosen as one of the winners in a Cathay Pacific Airlines contest which resulted in a free trip to Hong Kong. Inspired by her two journeys to the country she has authored several poems in honor of Hong Kong, it’s people, culture and traditions. Joanne has authored two poetry chapbooks, Red Lanterns and Serenity and one full length poetry book titled “nameless faces.” She has also published a cookbook of recipes in honor of her Mother titled Greek and Italian Recipes.
